Clause I

Acceptance & Binding Agreement

Accessing or using any service provided on this portal constitutes your unconditional agreement to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must immediately discontinue using our website and services.

Binding agreement applies to candidates, centers, and visitors alike.
Continuous site usage confirms agreement to latest policy updates.
Valid across all web, mobile, and digital sub-domains of NIED Council.

Clause II

Portal Eligibility & Account Security

Users and center administrators must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

Strictly prohibited to share admin dashboard passwords with unauthorized personnel.
Immediate notification required upon detecting any unauthorized portal access.
Council reserves the right to suspend compromised or false accounts.

Clause III

Authorized & Permitted Usage

The portal is provided solely for educational enrollment, student verification, center management, and official examination updates. Any commercial resale or unauthorized automated scraping is strictly banned.

Permitted for downloading official admit cards, certificates, and prospectuses.
Prohibition of automated bots, web crawlers, or data extraction tools.
Fair use policy applies to all online examination and study resources.

Clause IV

Prohibited Activities & Malpractice

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass site security, uploading malicious software, falsifying certificates, or altering student records on the NIED server infrastructure.

Zero tolerance for SQL injection, brute force attacks, or server tampering.
Immediate legal prosecution for generating fake marksheets or credentials.
Permanent IP ban for disruptive behavior or unauthorized system testing.

Clause V

Intellectual Property & Trademark Ownership

All trademarks, official logos, seals, course syllabi, website code, design layout, and educational content are protected under Indian Intellectual Property laws and belong exclusively to NIED Council.

Affiliated centers must use Council logos strictly per brand guideline rules.

Certificate Verification & Digital Records

NIED Council provides digital verification portals for candidate credentials. Results and e-certificates issued on the portal are official and verified against central council databases.

Tampering with downloaded PDF marksheets invalidates the credential.
Employers are advised to perform verification directly via official portal links.

Clause VII

Service Availability & Portal Modifications

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, NIED Council reserves the right to suspend or modify portal services temporarily for server maintenance, security upgrades, or system enhancements without prior notice.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via official notifications.
Council is not liable for temporary technical downtimes or ISP network delays.
Right reserved to update syllabus or portal features for academic upgrades.

Online Fees & Payment Compliance

All fee payments made for student registration, examination fees, or center affiliation must be conducted through authorized payment channels with valid digital receipt generation.

All payments are subject to the official Council Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do not pay cash or unverified amounts to unauthorized personnel.
Transaction failure receipts must be preserved for resolution with banks.

Clause X

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Center affiliation termination for overcharging or breach of guidelines.
Revocation does not limit Council from pursuing further legal remedies.
