Essential rules regarding center franchises, student fees, deposits, and transfers
Franchise, subscription, and admission fees are completely non-refundable once paid under any circumstances.
Security deposits/caution money are fully refunded upon program completion and dues clearance within 1 year.
Fees paid for one program can be fully transferred if subsequently admitted to another program of equal fee value.
In case of false information or fraudulent admission, all deposited fees shall be forfeited immediately.
As of now, NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL does not provide any option for the cancellation of centre franchises once approved or paid. Franchisees are expected to complete all preliminary evaluations before applying.
Once a fee is paid for student admission, subscriptions, or examination services, no refund will be provided either totally or partially under any circumstance. We strongly advise applicants to review course outlines carefully.
Caution Deposit and Security Deposit collected by NIED COUNCIL shall be refunded in full. The refund is processed after the student leaves NIED COUNCIL upon successful program completion and declaration of final results.
Students must claim their security deposit within one (1) year from the date of final result declaration. Thereafter, no claim regarding the refund of security will be considered. No interest is payable on deposits held.
Students who have paid fees for one NIED program and are subsequently admitted to another program may claim a refund or transfer of earlier fees. No administrative charges are deducted for valid program transfers.
Admission obtained by furnishing incorrect, false, or fraudulent information is liable to immediate cancellation. In such cases, all deposited fees shall be forfeited completely, and pending fees remain recoverable.
All other rare or unlisted cases concerning fee refunds shall be submitted to the NIED Governance Board and decided strictly on a case-by-case basis on individual merit and exceptional circumstances.
Technical glitches resulting in multiple deductions for a single transaction will be reconciled after verification from bank payment gateway servers and refunded to the source account within 7 to 10 working days.
Initial processing fees, prospectus costs, online portal registration charges, and late evaluation fees are non-adjustable and non-refundable under all academic scenarios.
Franchise renewal fees or annual portal maintenance fees paid by institutional centers are strictly non-refundable upon renewal confirmation.
Fees remitted for mark sheet correction, re-evaluation, duplicate certificate issue, or verification cards are non-refundable once the administrative review has commenced.
If a course or program is officially postponed or withdrawn by NIED COUNCIL due to unavoidable technical reasons, enrolled students will be offered alternative course enrollment options or appropriate fee adjustments.
Offline payments made via DD, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI bank transfers must be supported by official transaction receipts. Unidentified or unverified bank credits will not be credited or refunded without proof.
For any official refund claims (such as caution deposit returns or payment transfer requests), users must submit written requests directly to info@nied.co.in or md@nied.co.in with proof of payment.
All financial dealings and refund claims are governed under Indian laws. Any legal proceedings or dispute arising out of fee refunds shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of competent courts at the Council's headquarters.

Student submits No Dues certificate along with final exam result mark sheet to the Center Head.

Caution/Security Deposit is refunded in full after completing the program and declaration of final examination results. You must claim your refund within 1 year from the result declaration date after clearing all dues.
If you are admitted to another program, the fee paid earlier shall be transferred to the final program where admission is sought, without any administrative charge deductions if fees are equal.
