Student Admission and Training Procedure

Student Admission & Handling Enquiry
Each ASTC is equipped with a designated, professionally trained counselor to patiently address student queries, evaluate educational requirements, and guide them toward appropriate career programs using complete set materials.
First Enquiry
Student receives Course info sheet, NIED profile, and a free Pre-Application Form for follow-up reference.
Enrollment
Upon registering, student receives the official prospectus priced at Rs. 450/- (available from Head Office at Rs. 350/-).
Admission
Submit completed registration form from the prospectus along with enrollment fee and first tuition installment.
Start of Course
Orientation on activities, issuance of I-Card (Rs. 250 for students / Rs. 200 for centres), bag, notebook, and pen.
Criteria of Student Admission Enrollment
Candidates interested in Certificate, Diploma, Advance Diploma, PG Diploma, Vocational Training, or Undertaken programs must fill out the Student Registration Form available at any ASTC. If complete prospectus is not required, students do not have to pay any form fees at the centre.
Read all terms and conditions carefully at the backside of the Head Office Copy of the form, fill mandatory fields accurately, and submit both Centre and Head Office copies with required attachments.
Enclosures with Registration Form (Hard Copy)
- Self-attested copy of Last Educational Qualification Certificate / Mark sheet.
- Two recent self-attested passport size photographs pasted on the application form.
- Self-attested copy of ID Proof (Passport, Voter Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, School/College ID).
- Self-attested copy of Category Certificate (SC / ST / BPL / Handicapped) for applicable fee relaxations.
Student Online Admission & Confirm Enrollment
Using centre User ID and Password, Centre Directors/Authorities must fill out the student's online form for the current batch and verify by selecting online fee payment for confirmed enrollment. Upon processing, the official enrollment number will be generated and displayed at the centre login portal.

Training and Study
After successful completion and verification of enrollment, students can discuss training batch timings and joining dates with ASTC authorities. Students must strictly follow class and laboratory rules according to course syllabus norms and attend regularly until the exam date.
Training and Study Kit
Upon paying kit charges as per NIED norms (including Bag, Notebook, I-Card, Pen, Course Syllabus Books, etc.), the Center Director applies for the course kit and remits the amount to the Head Office. Kits are issued to centres within 7 working days, and upon arrival, centres hand them over to candidates promptly.

NIED faculty members are full/part-time, well-qualified, experienced, and friendly professionals dedicated to guiding students. Specially trained to understand student psychology, they internalize knowledge uniformly and explain complex concepts with ease. Training time is equally divided into theory and practical sessions, allowing unlimited machine time to build self-confidence and creativity.
